The name was determined by Ze'ev Jabotinsky, the so-called "head of Betar", who was the leader of the movement until his demise and ideological father.
Today Beitar is a Zionist youth movement with an ideological foundation built on the teachings and teachings of Ze'ev Jabotinsky.
She is a member of the Council of Youth Movements in Israel
The movement has dozens of branches in Israel and in Jewish communities in the Diaspora.
The thousands of trainees, the training staff, the coordinators and the graduates comprise one large, quality family. The Betar movement offers a wide range of activities, community projects, trips, training courses and social initiatives, which are organized according to a sub-plan and an annual plan.
